Free until approval. One simple fee after success.

Prepare the whole project without an upfront payment. If it is approved, MobilityCloud charges 0.5% of the approved grant.

Project administration fee

0.5% of the approved grant

One payment covers management for the entire project duration. The applicable tariff is fixed when approval is declared. A custom tariff applies where agreed with your account.

Before approval

Use the writing, planning and collaboration tools free of charge to prepare the project. Collaborators can be invited to work on the application.

After approval

Declare the approved amount and continue immediately with every module: budget, participants, documents, mobility and final preparation. The fiscal invoice can be paid after your first grant instalment arrives.
