When do I pay?
When you declare the approved grant, every implementation module unlocks immediately. MobilityCloud then issues a manual fiscal invoice that you can pay after your first grant instalment arrives.
What is the administration fee?
The current launch fee is 1% of the exact approved grant value per project.
Can collaborators access only one project?
Yes. Invitations are project-based, and access can be limited by role, including view-only and mobility-focused access.
Is MobilityCloud an official Erasmus+ tool?
No. MobilityCloud is an independent project management platform that helps organise Erasmus+ workflows. Official decisions remain with the National Agency and programme rules.
Who develops MobilityCloud?
MobilityCloud is powered by Xeotype, the company behind the platform design, development and operations.
